Israel believes it is targeting Hamas, but Hamas isn't a person. Hamas is made up of Palestinian people, so as the Israeli's assert that they have nothing against the Palestinians and that they only want to stop terror, they are simultaneously killing Palestinians, over a quarter of which are civilians, especially children. Don't tell me you have nothing against the Palestinians.Of course, there wouldn't have been a problem if Hamas weren't firing rockets, isn't that right Israel? I highly doubt that, if it weren't the rockets it would be something else, like the one soldier Hamas has as a bargaining chip to trade for the hundreds of Palestinian prisoners in Israel's jails. If it wasn't that it would be who is in control of Jerusalem, blah blah on to infinity. The truth of the matter is, Israel will never settle for true peace except on its own conditions, tantamount to an unconditional surrender on the part of the Palestinians and a forfitting of the Palestinian refugees' right of return to their ancestral homelands. How can a solution to this conflict be reached if the Israelis want their cake and want to blow it to hell too?
